Shortly after midnight Sunday, 20 year old, Olivia Ketcham, who resides on Plymouth-Goshen Trail in Plymouth removed her ankle bracelet from home detention and fled from her residence.
Olivia Ketcham is described as a white female, 5`1″; 160 pounds with blonde and blue hair that is dyed a purple color.
It is believed she left the Plymouth-Goshen residence in a vehicle because the family heard a car in the driveway and then discovered Olivia missing.
Ketcham was serving time for Dealing Meth.
