Tuesday evening about 9:15 Plymouth Police unites were dispatched to the Plymouth Library in reference to a male who had been stabbed in the neck. During the investigation Officer Krynock found 51 year old Chad Wayne Smith was part of the disturbance. It was determined that he was intoxicated. Chad Smith was transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for public intox.
Wednesday afternoon about 4:30 Officer Joe Deisch responded to 215 West Washington Street for a personal property complaint. Anthony Milton, 18 was found to have consumed alcohol. He was arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol.
