ParkDepartmentPlymouth Park Superintendent Mike Hite told members of the Park Board Monday evening, during his maintenance report that he has contracted for mosquito spraying.   The park department will be working with Arrow Pest Control to spray the parks five times this season.

Hite noted that when it rains the insecticide is washed away so he will try to keep on top of things but the weather will definitely be an issue they will work around.

Hite also noted his staff has struggled with mowing because of the weather and with so much rain many low areas are not accessible.  There have been several trees that have fallen but cannot be reached because of wet ground.
