Plymouth Community SchoolsThe Marshall County Alternative School, housed on the Plymouth Schools  campus, continues to have an outstanding graduation rate. Instructor Suzan Clevenger presented her annual report to the Plymouth School Board on August 4.

According to Clevenger, of the 51 seniors enrolled for the 2014-2015 school year, 48 (94 percent) graduated. Two more students enrolled in the program could complete the needed number of credits required by the state by October 1. If competed by the October deadline, the 2014-2015 graduation rate would show an increase.

The Alternative School holds classes three hours in the morning and three hours in the afternoon plus night school courses.

Clevenger said the Alternative School Advisory Board has already received 40 applications for the upcoming school year.
