NewTech_DanTyreeAfter being readmitted to the hospital due to complications for a second time after Kidney transplant surgery, Plymouth Community School Corporation is happy to report Superintendent Dan Tyree has been released from an Indy Hospital this past Sunday and is back home!

Tyree stopped by the PCSC Administration building Tuesday to say hello and give the administration team an update the on his recovery. He wanted to make sure the information was relayed to the PCSC family and the community.

He said his last two after surgery hospitalizations were caused due to allergic reactions that he experienced with post surgery medicines. Tyree is now on a post surgery medicine that his body agrees with and he is now able to start his recovery. He said his recovery includes blood draws twice a week at Indiana University Health University Hospital in Indianapolis where had his transplant surgery on June 24, 2015.

Tyree would like to thank everyone who has continued to keep him and his family in their thoughts and prayers during his journey to recovery. He said he appreciates all the well wishes he has received and he is thankful to be back home here in Plymouth
