FarmBureau_Luncheon2015__1The Marshall County Farm Bureau annual luncheon was held Tuesday, March 10th at Christo’s Banquet Center in Plymouth. Representative Jackie Walorski, a member of the House Committee on Agriculture, was the keynote speaker.

FarmBUreau_Luncheon2015_3Dozens of FFA students from both Plymouth High School and Lincoln Junior High School got the opportunity to attend. Clint Watts, a Plymouth High School Agricultural Science and Business Instructor and PHS FFA Advisor said, “By attending the luncheon students had the opportunity to learn how the government and the agriculture industry influence one another.”

FarmBUreau_luncheon2015_2Watts attended the luncheon along with Jacob Riley, who is also a Plymouth High School Agricultural Science & Business Instructor and PHS FFA Advisor.

FarmBureau_Luncheon2015_4Watts said, “It’s a privilege to work with such outstanding young people who have passion for agriculture and farming.”
