PHS_Robotics2015
All six of the Plymouth High School Robotics teams competed in a tournament in Crown Point this past Saturday. All of the PHS teams had personal and or team success, while three of the teams did exceptionally well.

Team 586A finished the day as Tournament Champions after dominating the whole event. They also garnered the Excellence Award for their overall design, competition, engineering notebook, and sportsmanship. Members on 586A are: Zaccheus Hutchings (12), Michael Eads (11), Guillermo Morales (11), Owen DeLee (9) and Lauren Wiegand (11).

Team 586G finished the day as runners-up. They were defeated in the tournament finals – but despite the loss they had a great day! Members on 586G are: Trevor Fisher, Skylar “Squishy” Beindorf, and Trey Metheny.

Team 586C earned the Judge’s Award. This award is given to the team that exhibits the features that VEX wants to see – a never give up attitude, teamwork, sportsmanship, and success on the field. This was Team C’s  very first competition. Members on 586C are: Hattie Myers (10), Nicholas Rogge (10), Emma Daniels (10), Jaren Provost (9) and Gavin Dalton.
