The Plymouth JV Softball team lost 18-8 to LaPorte on Saturday. The team started off strong scoring all eight of their runs in the first two innings. LaPorte got ahead in the third and Plymouth was just unable to come back. Offensively for Plymouth, freshman Summer Smith led the team going 2 for 2 at the plate with a walk and an RBI, sophomore Anna Bockman went 1 for 3 with 3 RBIs, and junior Autumn Wojcik went 1 for 3 reaching base on an error and knocking in an RBI. Pitching for Plymouth, freshman Josie Koontz took the loss.

The Plymouth JV Softball team will be back in action on Tuesday, April 14 at home vs. Bremen at 5 pm.
