suspended-licenseBourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger arrested a Plymouth man Friday night for Driving While Suspended with a prior charge.

Officer Geiger stopped a red Chevrolet Monte Carlo for speeding on Lincoln Highway in the area of Fir Road about 10:20 Friday night.   The driver, 30 year old Kenny L. Hylton of North Michigan Street in Plymouth was found to have a suspended license.  He was taken into custody and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Driving While Suspended with a prior and held on a $750 cash bond.

 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation.  Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless proven guilty.
