On Thursday, October 15th, LaPaz police initiated a traffic stop on a passenger vehicle traveling southbound on Michigan Road at Vintage Street for a speed violation.
The driver, 37 year old Michael Small of Plymouth was found to have a suspended license with prior convictions. He also had a warrant issued for his arrest through St. Joseph County for the same offense. Small was lodged at the Marshall County jail with a bond of $1,505.
