An 18 year old Plymouth man is behind bars for attempting to steal from and ATM machine.
Nicholas CE Vice of room 218 at the Red Rock Inn on North Michigan Street was located at the Key Bank ATM at 2701 North Michigan Street Friday night just before midnight. He was arrested for an attempted theft from their ATM machine.
Vice was booked into the Marshall County Jail for Theft and Criminal Mischief and held on a $1,005 cash bond.
