Handcuffs-newOn Tuesday, December 8th Plymouth Police Officer John Weir stopped a vehicle in the area of Pidco and Flora Streets for a traffic violation.  During his investigation it was found that the driver, 54 year old Ernest Ketcham of Plymouth was driving even though his license had been suspended for life.

Ketcham was transported to the Marshall County Jail and he was booked in for Operating A Vehicle After Being Adjudged A Habitual Traffic Offender.  His cash bond was set at $1,500.
