MugShot_Cory HardingCounty police officers were dispatched to the area of Queen Road and US 30, Monday, December 8th about 5:30 in the evening for a domestic disturbance.  The incident was in a vehicle that also had children in it.

The female told Marshall County Dispatch that she left the male subject at the Marathon Gas Station and she was going home with the children.  She feared the male would walk to her residence and asked police to stop him before he got there.

An officer from the county responded to the area and located 29 year old Cory L. Harding walking northbound on Queen Road. While police determined that no battery had occurred, Cory harding was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was arrested and lodged in the Marshall County Jail for Possession of Marijuana a class B misdemeanor with a bond of $500.00.
