On Friday, May 22nd, just before midnight, Officer Matt Geiger of the Bourbon Police Department stopped a van for driving left of center and with no headlights when required. During the traffic stop officer Geiger requested the assistance of Marshall County Officer Brandon Cooper and his K-9. It was found the front seat passenger of the vehicle, 24 year old Robert L. Warner Jr. of Plymouth was found to have marijuana in his possession.
Mr. Warner was taken to the Marshall County Jail where he was booked in for Possession of Marijuana and given a court date of June 30th and a $500 cash bond.
