ArrestedTuesday night, just before midnight, Plymouth Officer Ben McIntyre attempted to stop a vehicle at Michigan and Jefferson Street for a traffic violation.

The driver, 35 year old Norberto Martinez of Plymouth fled from police east bound on Jefferson Street.  The pursuit continued through Inwood where Martinez drove over stop sticks that had been placed by a Bourbon Police Officer.  The vehicle continued into Bourbon turning north on State Road 331 with a flat driver’s side tire.

Martinez continued north to the Bremen area where he drove into a residence and then attempted to flee from police.  He ended up being tazed and arrested for Resisting Law Enforcement, Operator Never Licensed and Reckless Driving.
