Plymouth Police car On Thursday, January 22nd at 10:26 A.M.  Marshall County 911 dispatched Plymouth police to the McDonalds area on North Michigan Street in reference to a disturbance between a male and female. Plymouth Officer Ray West arrived in the area and located the male identified as 28 year old Jorge Terrones of Plymouth and a female in the Long John Silvers parking lot. During the investigation it was found that Mr. Terrones was wanted on an active warrant.  He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail.   He was held on a $10,005 bond.

Later Thursday afternoon at 4:55 Officer Jeremy Enyart responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a male shoplifter being detained by the stores asset protection department. 61 year old Mark E. Miller of South Bend had $109.86 worth of items from the store located on his person. Mr. Miller was taken into custody and lodged at the County Jail on a $755 bond. On January 24th Mr. Miller was released with no judicial review and issued a Marshall Superior II Court date of February 24th.

At 8:39 Thursday evening officers were dispatched to 315 West Garro Street, Apartment 201 in reference to a female wanting to harm herself. As Officer Enyart arrived, the suspect’s girl friend told him that she wanted to harm herself by cutting. During the investigation it was determined that 23 year old Kiersten M. Woodward of South Bend was intoxicated and did not want to harm herself. Woodward was taken into custody for domestic battery and transported to the Jail where she became combative towards the jail staff and spit on one of them which caused an additionally charge of battery by bodily fluid.  Woodward was held on a $3,005 bond.

On Friday, January 23rd at 12:15 A.M. Officer Chris Miller initiated a traffic stop at Family Express on Oak Drive and Jefferson Street.   22 year old Oscar E. Molina of South Bend was found to be driving without ever obtaining a valid driver’s license.   He was taken into custody and lodged at the Marshall County Jail with bond set at $255. He was released later on Friday after posting bond and was issued a Marshall Superior II court date to appear on February 24th.
