On March 2nd through March 16th the Plymouth Police Department participated in an Operation Pull Over Blitz. This participation consisted of officers doing extra enforcement and specifically looking for impaired drivers and motorists not wearing their seatbelts.
During this enforcement time officers made one misdemeanor arrest for driving under the influence and 28 citations were written. The citations were for various violations including driving while suspended and speeding. In addition to the citations there were 49 warnings issued for various violations including driving left of center, improper equipment and various license violations.
