It’s a time to celebrate the accomplishments of dirt track drivers at Plymouth Speedway and to recognize the efforts made to improve racing at the track.
The 2014 Night of Champions Banquet is set for Saturday, January 24 at 7 p.m. at Swan Lake Resort, 5203 Plymouth LaPorte Trail in Plymouth. The doors will open at 5 p.m. with dinner at 6 p.m. ET. Awards will follow. If you’d like to stay the night with your family, Swan Lake Resort is offering a special room rate of $79 plus tax. Entering the third season on dirt, officials at Plymouth Speedway are working on many improvements to not only enhance the quality of racing, but to make it a quality fan experience. Updates will be given on preparations for the 2015 season during this month’s banquet along with the recognition of the drivers.

Any 2014 pit slab renters who are interested in securing their spot for the 2015 season should contact Jim Bottorff at (574) 276-2141. Pit slabs must be paid for on or before Saturday, Jan. 24th to secure a space. The rental fee will be $150 which can be paid at the banquet. After this time, all remaining slabs will be rented on a first come, first served basis.
