Arrested

A Plymouth woman was arrested Tuesday afternoon for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.

Plymouth Police were dispatched to the intersection of Michigan and Adams Street for a reported hit and run accident.  The suspect vehicle fled the scene but police were able to locate the vehicle in the 300 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

40 year old Diana Britton of 326 Pennsylvania Avenue was located at her residence and arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident.  She was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance when scheduled IV pills were located on her person.

Britton was lodged in the Marshall County Jail on a $755 cash bond but was released 48 hours later on no judicial review.  She is scheduled to be in Marshall Superior Court II on July 7th.
