Probation-violationMonday evening about 5:15 the Marshall County Probation Department contacted the Plymouth Police Department in reference to a subject who had violated his probation terms.  They requested he be incarcerated.

Officer Ben McIntyre to 28 year old Darius Roseburgh of Benton Harbor into custody and transported him to the Marshall County Jail.  He was held on a $500 cash bond.

About the same time Monday, Officer Joe Deisch arrested 26 year old Seth Wright of Bourbon at the Probation Department.  He was taken into custody and held with no bond for a probation violation.

About 5:45 Monday Officer Deisch was again assisting the Marshall County Probation Department and found that 27 year old Patrick Fleming of South Bend had violated his probation.  He was transported to the county jail and held on a $505 cash bond.

                                                                       

  Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
