arrestsOn Sunday, April 12th at 6:30 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Joe Deisch located and arrested 19 year old Terique D. Smith of Memphis, Tennessee in the 300 block of West Jefferson Street for theft and residential entry. Smith was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $4,505.

On Tuesday, April 14th at 12:22 P.M. Officer Bob DeLee came upon a two vehicle accident at Oak Drive and Pidco. After gathering drives’ information for the accident it was learned that 31 year old Andrew R. Cook of Plymouth was driving while suspended with a prior charge of the same offense. Cook was taken into custody and transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail and held on a $755 bond. He was later released that day after posting bond and was issued a Marshall Superior II, May 19th court date.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
