37 year old Mitchell W. Prater of room 251 in the Economy Inn was arrested Monday evening about 9:45 for domestic battery.
Plymouth officers were dispatched to the hotel for a report of a female that was battered by her boyfriend. Officers arrived and observed injuries on the victim.
Prater was arrested and charged with domestic battery and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
