The Lincoln Junior High 8th Grade Boys Basketball A team won a close game with Rochester on Thursday night. The Red Storm had a 25-16 advantage going into the 4th quarter as the Zebras came storming back to make it a two point game in the final minute, but Lincoln held on to win 34-32. Tolman Mills scored 11 points and Kendall Himes chipped in 8 for the Red Storm in the victory. Plymouth is now 8-5 on the year.
The 7th grade Lincoln Red Storm A team defeated the Rochester Zebras by a score of 36-24 at home on Wednesday night. The Red Storm raced out to a 21-8 halftime lead and never looked back. Lincoln was led by Jake Reichard with 15 points. Daniel Bacon added 8 and Ivan Winkle scored 7 for the home team. Lincoln’s record is now 11-2 on the season.
