The Lincoln Junior High 8th Grade Boys Basketball B team hosted a four team tourney on Saturday, December 12th. Lincoln’s first game was against Laporte Boston. Lincoln had no trouble as they defeated Laporte 21-7. Dylan Gamble scored 9 points with Hugh Smith and Andy Rostron contributing 4 points each in the win to advance to the championship.
In the final game Lincoln played Wawasee who had defeated Urey earlier in the day. Eight Red Storm players scored in a decisive 45-19 win over the Warriors. Bo Meadors had 12 points on a perfect 6-6 from the floor. Dylan Gamble also chipped in 10 points in the victory. The 8th grade will travel to Triton on Monday to take on the Trojans.
