Can you imagine an entire community coming together, working toward one goal? The goal to end the fight against cancer, the goal of more birthdays, the goal to say we will no longer let cancer take us down! That is the goal for the 2015 Relay For Life of Marshall County!
The 2015 Relay For Life of Marshall County Event Lead will be Kelli-Jo Mae Barry and takes place this weekend, Saturday, June 6 starting at 3 p.m. and continuing until Sunday, June 7 at 8 a.m.
This year activities will take place at the Lincoln Junior High at 220 North Liberty Street. Opening ceremonies and the survivor lap will be a 3 p.m. on Saturday. The emotional Luminary Ceremony is scheduled for 9 p.m. on Saturday.
Rather you are walking on a team or just stopping by to see what’s happening, Relay for Life wants everyone to come out. There will be a silent auction, bounce house, dunk tank, many other fun activities!
Everyone is welcome to come out and celebrate the survivors and to remember those that have lost their battle to cancer!
