The Indiana State Police conducted a joint investigation on Friday, June 5th in reference to possible methamphetamine activity at 108 Oakhill Avenue in Plymouth.
On the 5th about 12:15 a search warrant was executed on 108 Oakhill Avenue and methamphetamine items were located.
53 year old Frank Risner of 108 Oak Hill Avenue was taken into custody for possession of methamphetamine and transported to the Marshall County Jail.
Late Friday afternoon ISP officers searched an area on the east side of Muckshaw Road in the 12,000 block. Trooper Jason Faulstich said there was a repot of possible meth lab items at the location, but officers were unable to locate anything.
All information is being forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutor’s Office for review.
