Sunday morning Plymouth Police Officer Ray West was dispatched to the Red Rock Inn on North Michigan Street for a domestic dispute. During the investigation it was determined that 21 year old Tiana Marie Ewing of Rochester had an active warrant out of Fulton County. Ewing was arrested without incident and transported to the Marshall County Jail on a hold for Fulton County.
