A traffic stop Wednesday morning in downtown Plymouth ended with a Plymouth man being arrested.
About 5:30 City Police Officer Paul Stamper pulled over a vehicle in the Party Pack parking lot on South Michigan Street for driving without headlight when required.
During the traffic stop, 32 year old David A. Sarber was found to be driving on a suspended license with a prior charge of the same. He was also intoxicated and in the possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
Sarber was lodged in the Marshall County Jail for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, operating while intoxicated and driving while suspended with a prior. His cash bond was set at $1,505 and he was issued an August 18th court date in Marshall Superior Court II.
