02/24/15 On Saturday, February 21st at 6:56 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer initiated a traffic stop on Lincoln Highway west of Pioneer Drive for an equipment violation. The driver, 29 year old Cassie M. Faverty of Hamlet was found to be operating the vehicle with a suspended license. She was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on a $755 cash bond. Cassie Faverty was released ninety minutes later after posting bond. She was issued a Marshall Superior Court II date of March 24th.
Later Saturday night at 9:59 P.M. Officer Stuart Krynock served a failure to appear warrant on 31 year old Randall J. Warren who resides at 901 West Washington Street. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held without bond.
