A compliant of possible drug activity at 601 West Adams Street in Plymouth led to the arrest of four individuals Wednesday afternoon.

Plymouth Police with assistance from the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department served a search warrant at the Adams Street home at 2:10.  They found four adults in the home and three children under the age of 8.

Arrested was 29 year old Adrien Prochno of the Adams Street address.  She was charged with maintaining a common nuisance and held on a $3,000 cash bond.

24year old Austin Salyer of the same address was booked into the County Jail for maintaining a common nuisance, unlawful possession of a syringe and possession of a scheduled controlled substance.  Salyer is being held on a $3,000 bond.

23 year old Zachary Graham of Rose Road in Plymouth was booked in for maintaining a common nuisance and held on a $1,500 bond.

35 year old Jeremy Yates of Charles Street in Plymouth was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and visiting a common nuisance and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

The three children in the residence were taken into custody by the Division of Family and Children because of the drug usage.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
