HIP 2.0LogoSaint Joseph Regional Medical Center (SJRMC) Health Insurance Services LLC, has a location in Plymouth ready to help Hoosiers enroll in Healthy Indiana Plan (HIP) 2.0

Applications for HIP 2.0 are now being accepted, with coverage beginning February 1. If you make too much money to qualify for Medicaid, but not enough to qualify for Health Insurance Premium Tax Credits on the Exchange, you may be eligible for HIP 2.0.

“We believe everyone has the right to access affordable healthcare,” said Sondra Gardetto, manager, Health Insurance Services. “We are committed to being a resource for this community, especially for those who are most vulnerable. If you are unsure what plans you may qualify for, we are here to help.”

HIP 2.0 is an option for non-disabled Hoosiers ages 19 to 64 with annual incomes up to 138 percent of the Federal Poverty Level, which for 2015 is approximately $16,105 for an individual and $32,913 for a family of four.

The SJRMC-Health Insurance Services staff encourages anyone with questions to visit a Resource Center. Appointments may be scheduled at 855-887-5633. Walk-ins are accepted but those with appointments will have first priority.
