Handcuffs-newOn Tuesday, February 24th at 6:38 P.M. Officer Shanna Gilmer with the Plymouth Police Department initiated a traffic stop on 22 year old Oscar M. Galindo of South Bend for a traffic violation in the area of Madison and Center Street. During the traffic stop it was found that Mr. Galindo was operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.  He was also found to be in possession of a schedule IV controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Oscar Galindo was taken into custody, transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $3,005 cash bond.

A 17 year old juvenile in the vehicle was detailed for possession of marijuana.
