Sunday morning about 2:30 Marshall County Police Officer Bragg investigated a single vehicle accident on Fir Road north of 7th Road.
According to his report a 2005 Chevrolet Impala was north bound on Fir Road when it ran off the roadway on the right side and collided with a tree. The vehicle came to rest across the road on the left side.
The driver, 29 year old Brandon R. Clay of South Bend was transported by ambulance to Memorial Hospital in South Bend for a medical evaluation.
