The St. Michael’s Crusaders defeated the Webster Warriors in the championship game of the “A” team championship game. St. Michael’s got off to a great start and used unselfish play to build a halftime lead over the Warriors. Webster hung tough in the 2nd half by turning up the defensive intensity and hustle, but they were unable to overcome the halftime deficit which led to the Crusaders’ victory.
In the “B” team championship game, The Jefferson Jets Elementary boys basketball team defeated St. Michael’s in a very competitive game. The Jets broke open the game in the 2nd Half by getting numerous defensive stops and getting some shots to fall of their own.
Congratulations to all of the PCSC elementary schools, coaches, and players on another successful season.
