Sign ups for the summer tennis program will be Monday May 4th and Tuesday, May 5th (4:00 – 7:00
pm) at the tennis courts in Centennial Park. Lessons will be held at the city park. There are classes
for every age group and every level of player. Adult classes are $60.00. High school classes are $60.00,
junior high classes are $50.00, and beginning/intermediate (4-10 years of age) students are $60.00(This
price includes a racquet, T-shirt and USTA membership).
Children 10 and under will need to sign up and pay online.

Adults and Children 11 and up can sign up online with this link but will still have to submit
payment at signups or to Mr. Michael Delp at Plymouth High School.
Out of city limits residents pay a one time fee of $10.00(per participant). If you plan to play in the
Wednesday night league, the cost is $35 regardless of lesson participation. If you have any questions,

Listed below is the summer schedule. Lessons will start Monday, June 8th and end with the Optimist City
Tourney on July 21st through July 23rd. There will be no lessons the week of June 28th thru July 4th
due to PHS moratorium week.

Open Courts – 10:00-12:00 – The purpose of this time is to play competitive sets and apply new skills. The
courts will be available to all players who are in a High School and Advanced/Intermediate Jr High.
A special note to all 8th grade boys & girls planning on playing high school tennis: Start your practice early –
PLAY SUMMER TENNIS. Boys’ practice will start, Monday, August 3rd . You must have an athletic
physical on file in the PHS Athletic Office before you can start practice. Plymouth Community School
physical date will be Wednesday May 14th at 5:00 pm at St. Joseph Medical Regional Center. The cost will
be $20.00. Please contact the athletic office for more details on physicals.
