The Wooden Peel of Marshall County will face off against the Café at the Bowling Alley from Kosciusko County. The Café at the Bowling Alley boasts the Bib’s Smoked BBQ Chicken Pizza. Served on a thick, focaccia-like crust, slathered in his secret BBQ sauce, piled high with cheese and tender smoked diced chicken and then topped with onion tanglers. The smoked chicken is worth a try on its own!

PizzaWarChampion2015_WoodenPeelThe Wooden Peel is not intimidated however with their own famously good pizza, with barbecue sauce, grilled chicken, green onion, cheddar and mozzarella, is picture perfect. Thin and crispy, it’s cooked to perfection with just the generous amounts of cheese and a barbecue sauce that cuts through the other flavors with a Western-style “howdy.”
