ShopliftingThursday night Plymouth Police arrested three people for shoplifting.    About 11:15 Wal-Mart Loss Prevention observed the subjects conceal merchandise and leave the store without paying for the items.

Loss Prevention was able to detain the individuals until city police arrived on scene and apprehended the suspects.  Arrested was 19 year old Sierra Singleton, 20 year old Alexander Oakley and 24 year old Cristi Huffer all of Plymouth.

The trio were transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in for theft.  Oakley’s bond was set at $1,505 while Singleton and Huffer each had bonds of $755.  Singleton was released at 2 a.m. Friday after posting bond.  All three are scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court II on June 2nd.

They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
