Marijuana possessionLast Wednesday afternoon Plymouth Police officer was dispatched to Low Bob’s on North Michigan Street for a reported theft.  Several items were taken from a trailer parked on the property.

Officer Derek Workman began an investigation and was able to identify the suspects: Johnathon Porter, Carrie Shepperd and Christopher Ballinger.

The officer was able to recover a large amount of the stolen merchandise in a wooded area after receiving a tip.   All three were lodged in the Marshall County Jail.

23 year old Johnathon Porter, listed as homeless was charged for theft and possession marijuana growing.  He was held on a $3,005 cash bond.

24 year old Christopher Ballinger of North Liberty was held on a $3,005 cash bond with charges of theft and possession of marijuana.

47 year old Carrie Shepperd of Plymouth was booked in for theft and possession grows marijuana.  Her bond was set at $3,505 cash.

All three are scheduled to appear in Marshall Superior Court Ion April 28th.
