Arrested_handcuffOn Saturday, November 14 at approximately 6:20 p.m. Todd Earl, 37years old from Nappanee was arrest during a traffic stop in Bremen.  Earl was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine, three counts of Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance, Driving While Suspended with a Prior charge, Possession Paraphernalia, Altered Interim Plate, Expired Interim Plate, and Unsafe Vehicle.

Mr. Earl was incarcerated in the Marshall County Jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
