Friday night just before 10, Plymouth Police Officer Shanna Gilmer stopped a vehicle on US 30 east of Michigan Street for a traffic violation.  The driver, 42 year old Roger L. Runyon of South Bend was found to have an active warrant for his arrest through Fulton County for failure to appear.

Officer Gilmer conducted a search of his person and located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.  Runyon was booked into the County Jail for Possession of Meth and held on a $3,000 cash bond.

32 year old Toshia Day of Rochester, a passenger in the vehicle was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
