DrugArrestA traffic stop Monday afternoon ends with a Plymouth woman being arrested.  City Officer Ben McIntyre was dispatched to a possible impaired driver just after 4 p.m.  He located the suspect vehicle on Lincoln Highway west of Jefferson Street and found that the driver, 44 year old Jennifer Miller of Plymouth was driving on a suspended license.

During the investigation officers located scheduled II controlled substances in the vehicle and a small baggie of a white powdery substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine.

Jennifer Miller was transported to the County Jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

 

Listeners and readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
