Rochester POliceIn the early morning hours of Tuesday, April 7, 2015, an officer with the Rochester Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of McDonald Drive and Main Street. During the course of this traffic stop, the officer had a suspicion of criminal activity taking place. As a result of further investigating, the officer located approximately two grams of Heroin, as well as a form of Methamphetamine commonly referred to as “Ice”. One subject was arrested on the charges of Possession of Heroin, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia, and Minor in Possession of Alcohol.

Criminal charges are merely accusations, and all suspects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
