Halloween is this Saturday and the communities in Marshall County have all decided to have trick-or-treat on Saturday, October 31st. Plymouth, Argos, Culver and Bremen will welcome little ghosts and goblins from 5 until 7 p.m.
On Saturday, the Plymouth Chamber of Commerce will be having Downtown Trick or Treat from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. Non downtown businesses are permitted to distribute candy if they have pre-registered. Each block will have a Plymouth Chamber representative overseeing this event and making sure all participants have registered. Ghouls and Monsters of all ages are invited to stop by the Plymouth Public Library for a Trick or Treat Open House Saturday from 1-3 PM inside the library! Come in costume for carnival-style games to win candy! The library will offer treat bags for kids age 2-12, popcorn for everyone, and this year, they’re featuring a performance by Wiggleston the Clown!
All who wish to attend should enter through the south doors of the library (Adult End) and make their way through the library to the Laramore Rooms. Children must be under Adult supervision at all times during the open house.
For older Halloween lovers and history buffs, the 2015 Ghost Walk at the Marshall County Museum will take place Halloween night! The Marshall County Church Orchestra will set the tone with festive music starting at 6:15 PM. Spooky tours and storytelling beginning at 7 PM. Encounter the ghosts of Marshall County residents along the way, reminiscing about their days and tastefully recalling their untimely deaths. Creepy decorations abound as visitors venture into dark nooks and crannies, from the musty cellar to the creaky wood floors of the second floor, who knows what museum guests will happen upon around the next corner! Trick-or-Treat in Starke County includes Knox from 5:30 until 7 on October 31st andNorth Judson on Halloween from 5 until 7.
In Fulton County Rochester will have children participating I Trick-or-Treat from 4:30 until 7 p.m.
