The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces daytime lane closures of U.S. 31 to repair and replace sensors in the roadway. This project is weather permitting.
On Wednesday, September 9th – The southbound left lane of U.S. 31 will be closed between State Road 10 and 19th Road between the hours of 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. The southbound right lane of U.S. 31 will be closed between State Road 10 and 19th Road between the hours of 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.
On Thursday, September 10th – The northbound left lane of U.S. 31 will be closed between State Road 10 and 19th Road between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Be prepared to slow down in that area and be alert for shifting traffic patterns.
