On Thursday, December 17, about 9:00 pm the Marshall County 911 Dispatch Center received a report of a domestic dispute in the 16,000 block of Muckshaw Road in Marshall County.
County Officers arrived and found an injured adult female that had been assaulted and was in need of medical attention. They also discovered a juvenile male in the home that had been injured and was complaining of pain. Both victims were transported by Argos EMS to the Plymouth Hospital.
During the investigation it was discovered that an argument had occurred between the female victim and suspect. The suspect them physically battered the victim. The juvenile male attempted to stop the battery and was injured in the process.
The suspect had fled the scene prior to the officer’s arrival. A report had been sent to the Marshall County Prosecutors Office for review as the investigation continues.
