During a traffic stop Thursday morning about 12:12 Marshall County Police arrested 21 year old Christian Merz of Walkerton.
A county officer conducted a traffic stop at US 31 south a 9A Road and Merz was arrested for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated endangering a person and Possession of Marijuana.
His bond was set at $1,505 cash and he was given a June 30th court date in Superior Court II.
