Saturday morning about 12:30 Bourbon Police Officer Matt Geiger stopped a Ford Ranger in the area of State Road 331 and State Road 10 for multiple equipment violations.
The driver, Justin Z. Babendrager of Warsaw was found to have an active warrant for his arrest through Kosciusko County. Babendrager was taken into custody and transported to the Kosciusko County jail with the assistance of the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department.
A criminal charge is merely an accusation. Every defendant is presumed innocent until or unless prove guilty.
