Bremen_police_black and whiteOn Friday, December 4th during a routine traffic stop Layne Manns of Plymouth was arrested by Bremen Police for Operating While Intoxicated on a controlled substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of a Controlled Substance.  He was booked into the Marshall County Jail at 8:15 p.m. and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

On Sunday, December 6th Joseph Ouellette of Goshen was arrested by Bremen police during a routine traffic, for Driving While Suspended With a prior charge.  He was transported to the county jail and held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Also on Sunday, during a routine traffic stop, Bremen Police arrested Brandon Bickel of Nappanee on a warrant out of Goshen.  He was also charged locally for Possession of Cocaine, Possession of Marijuana, Driving While Suspended with a prior charge, Operator Never Licensed, and Possession Paraphernalia.  His bond was set at $3,000 cash.
