Tuesday afternoon about 1:30 Plymouth Police Officer Joe Deisch investigated a complaint of a possible intoxicated person at 925 Dora Lane.
Officer Deisch located 40 year old Donald J. Wilcox of 903 Berkley Street at the address. Wilcox was arrested and transported to the Marshall County Jail for public intox and held on a $505 cash bond. He was given a Marshall Superior Court II date of April 21st.
