On Thursday, October 22, at approximately 2:00 a.m. an Officer Cooper with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop on US 31 near Veterans Parkway. The driver of the vehicle, 18 year old Anthony Ricchio from Winamac was subsequently arrested and booked into the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Paraphernalia.
